It's been about a week we have really decided this. Ovulation time is due in the next few days.
Anything I need to know?Hubby and I have decided to TTC - Any words of advice?
My word of advice is tobe patient. It doesn't always happen the first time, or the second, or the third! In fact it took me 15 months, but it was well worth it. Also don't stress over it and don't get so wrapped up in it that you just have sex to make a baby! Other than that have fun! It is the best work you will ever do!Hubby and I have decided to TTC - Any words of advice?
well, the normal average couple usually take up to a year to conceieve...you have a 10% chance each month of conception... you should try having sex 1 time every three days... men shouldn't keep sperm built up longer then that because it lowers their sperm count once they do ejaculate...and if you have sex more times then this, or every single night, that can also lower his sperm count because he's getting rid of it to much.. waiting every 3 days or so gives it a chance to build up. if you have sex 1 time every 3 days, this will higher your chances for you to get pregnant, because even tho you may not be sure what day you ovulate and such, it takes 3 days for sperm to die . (per my doc).....try it this way... i did, it worked for me :)
goood luck, baby dust.
start eating healthy, begin taking some prenatal vitamins i was told that if you begin taking them before your pregnant it can help with morning sickness. have fun ttc me and my fiance are trying and we have had some pretty great love making, actually the best we have ever had. get some preganancy books like i did, they help alot.
Good Luck!
Keep trying but at the same time keep it fun and don't think of sex as just a way to make a baby. My partner and I tried for years then we just gave up and just went back to having sex for fun and i fell pregnant in a matter of weeks.
Try to keep things fun and dont put too much pressure on yourselves! As hard as it is..try not to get your hopes up. Ive been TTC for 10 months! Good luck though! stay positive!
Keep it fun! Don't put pressure on each other, and it will be a much better experience.
