Don't be surprised if you have to vomit after hearing answers from those who try to claim the ';moral high ground,'; right No Chance?
Spend your first few days observing before getting engaged.
';Patience.';
';Relax.';
Arm yourself. The battles will get fierce.
read between the lines - and think about where your info is coming from before you beleive it
Don't take it too seriously.
Don't become a report monkey
wear-your-thick-skin....
Think before you answer.

There's a lot of people who leave stupid answers and don't respect your question or opinion. You have to just ignore them.
