A word of advice?

never get involved with netzero!! if you do and then you try to cancel, they will string you along for as long as you let them!! i have been fighting with them since june of 2007!! just thought i'd pass this info along to anyone who cared!!

Thanks! We only hear the good stuff about these companies but never the bad. Hope you help someone avoid trouble down the road! ;-)
tell me about it. I found out the hard way.
Same with Discover Card. I went along with a phone salesman one time and got a card. Several months later I cancelled because I never used the card. Still getting mailings and new cards assigned 4 years later. Blech!
You just nee to be firm with them and they will cancel. =)
