RN's...can you give me a word of advice?

I am a nursing student and i'm just about to begin my 2nd semester. With the completion of my Fundamentals of Nursing class i was able to apply for my CNA license. I want to work maybe in the ER as a multifunctional tech or something. This will be my 1st job in healthcare. How can i be confident in my first job in the hospital?RN's...can you give me a word of advice?
Being a student is easy, just go on with the flow, nursing is a product of war! Hospital is a place for people who are injured in the war of their lives, learning nursing is to start start by taking care of patients , if you lack confidence thats normal, over confidence can harm others , so you ll be confused , other patients will scold you, even if you didnt do anything bad against them , the staff nurse will be on their side and will also correct you . All of us will become old , even the great tai chi master didn't escape old age , whoever is born will die, Nursing in ER is in no way easy, you have to suffer, work like a machine ,be exploited , but a dreamer like you , you wont notice the time passes by and you will notice its a piece of cake, and gettin older too, desperado, you know how to reflex?I feel nervous and afraid of the dark right now , I have pain in my neck , yesterday I have tired eyes gazing at photos of beautiful girls images and i made a link for them in my sitet click that miss universe from japan you will see those photos here..http://www.champs2007.multiply.com .
