What should your last words of advice for your loved ones be before you die?

Obviously it is best to advise our loved ones in life and not wait until dying. Nonetheless, I have written what humble advice I can for my son in case I should die. Each new moment of experience and wisdom obligates me to add or change this document again and again. If you were to lie on your deathbed today, your most loved ones asking for last words of advice, what would they be?

(ADVICE only, do not give expressions of love please, although, granted, these words are always important and have their place and time in life). What should your last words of advice for your loved ones be before you die?
Why would you advise them on your dying bed? Do you want them to remember you like this: ';even when he was dying the man just couldn't stop his unsolicited advice';? Advice is only well received when somebody asked for it. Otherwise, you're just nagging people. What should your last words of advice for your loved ones be before you die?
Be thankful for every break in your heart, because the past cant be rewritten, and take the life that you're given. Life throws you curves but you have to learn to swerve. And that everything you do, is a lesson learned.
Forgive and forget as soon as possible.

Love and blessings Don
love you,take care,you are mine......forever
Don't hold onto anger. Forgive as soon as possible

Laugh as often as you can. Enjoy simple pleasures.

See as much of the world as you can. Embrace other cultures. Keep an open mind. If you make a mistake, don't be afraid to rectify it. Never just ';make do'; in your personal relationships. Keep yourself humble.
love and take care of each other .

Don't stay angry at anyone.
say u love me and show me.
don't cry for death, party for the life we live.
Make sure there is ';NO'; UNFORGIVENESS In your Heart! And ';Have YOU Made Your PEACE With GOD? '; '; I Will Surely Be Waiting For YOU, On The Other Side. PLEASE Don't LET ME DOWN! '; '; Can I PRAY WITH YOU RIGHT NOW?';
Don't reproduce.

There are too many people in the world already.

Don't make the same mistake I did.

Have a good life.

The last one to leave, turn out the lights.
The difficulty lies in the fact that each of our experiences are different. What worked for you in your life is based on who you are, what you experienced and your situations. Your son will have a different experience.

Your advice likely excludes your son's perspective of the world. You are likely writing advice from the perspective of someone who is employed, secure, educated and has had a variety of life situations.
My last words would be...

';I will cease to be conscious of everything very soon. I will not be able to love or understand or sense anything ever again. However, '; I '; will not cease to exist...as long as you continue on and live your life. I love you, and that is inherently a spiritual connection. Through that connection, I shall pass ';myself'; into you. My thoughts, my emotions, and the appreciation I have had of my life...will now be within you. ';I'; will miss feeling the world and its wonderful beauty. But everyone has to pass on sometime, so that even more people can emerge to experience that beauty and develop thoughts about it. Understand my love, FEEL it entering into you. I am now apart of you, until you pass on and connect with another loved one. Remember how I lived my life. My strength will always be with you.';
Live life. Don't stand on the shore. Brave the tide. Be bold and brave.
Never have regrets, at the time whatever was done right or wrong seemed like a good idea at that point in time. Enjoy life and be happy, make something of yourself, I am proud of you and your accomplishments. = )
don't grieve. have fun... i'll see you sooner than you think!

What words of advice can you give me?

My superviser is going to retire in six months. Since he anounced it people have been saying ';I hear you will be takeing over when he leaves';. This has comes from people that I work directly with and other people in the building. I just say that is what I keep hearin.

I work in a large hospital and the position would involve superviseing around eightteen people.

Let me know what you have to say. What words of advice can you give me?
You might want to learn how to spell first, then speak to your director directly. I am sure that he would give you an adequate amount of time to make the decision. I dont think a supervisor would just throw you in to a supervising position. Do you want the position? You have to think of the benefits of it and what you want to do.What words of advice can you give me?
I would bring it up with the person who actually makes that decision. Let them know that these rumors are floating around and you want to know more. If you are interested in the position, then express that interest. If you are not, then be sure to let that person know you are not interested. Either way, best to get it straight before hard feelings start to develop...
Don't count your chickens before they hatch. If you want the job, keep quiet. Don't get cocky. The ';higher ups'; may be watching you to determine how you handle the announcement before making a decision about the replacement. If you seem over eager or egotistic, they may hire outside the co. Or if you act like you don't want it, they may assume that you indeed do not want the job and hire someone else. I like your current response of ';that's what I keep hearing'; Good luck!!
good luck for ur future promotion, dont get ur yourself bossy to other colleagues,be with them as you r with them now.

  • Any words of advice for a first-time visitor to Bricktown in Oklahoma City?

We're going to see Matchbox Twenty at the Ford Center at the first of March and want to know of any good restaurants to eat at before and a good bar and/or club to hit afterward. Thanks!Any words of advice for a first-time visitor to Bricktown in Oklahoma City?
GO TO TOBY KEITH'S BAR AND GRILL OR ZIO'S, WHICH IS A REALLY GOOD ITALIAN RESTRAUNT. CITYWALK OR SKYY BAR ARE THE BEST CLUBS IN BRICKTOWN. DEPENDING WHAT KIND OF TIME YOU WANT TO HAVE, SKYY IS ALOT MORE CLASSY, CITYWALK IS GOOD IF YOU WANT TO PARTY. MY PERSONAL CHOICE IS CITYWALK, WE GO THERE ALMOST EVERY WEEKEND. IT IS FREE FOR LADIES UNTIL 10, SKYY IS $8 FOR EVERYONE, I BELIEVE.Any words of advice for a first-time visitor to Bricktown in Oklahoma City?
What is a Bricktown?? Been to Tulsa before...... worst city ever! Oklahoma in all is a pretty boring state.

What are some words of advice to get promoted to a manager position?

I just got on with a parts store as a parts specialist. I'm training right now to get ready for the new store they are opening up in my town. When it opens they are going to promote either myself or this other girl. She's trained a week longer than I have, but she's really quiet and only does something when she's told to. I, on the other hand, have been keeping myself busy because I really want this promotion. Is there anything I can do to help me get this job? What are some words of advice to get promoted to a manager position?
Work hard. Ask meaningful questions. Show your skills at dealing with customers and parts knowledge. Let them know you would really like the promotion.

Word of advice: have sex with as many different women as possible?

that's what grandpa said to the boy from movie little miss sunshine. Why? Why should he have sex with so many women?Word of advice: have sex with as many different women as possible?
Never seen the movie, but i could guess that he's assuming women want men with sexual experience (least the promiscuous ones), so he'd need many to get that.

Also it could be he needed to have his fun and get all the different experiences out the way before he tried settling down for the remainder of his life with one woman.

Not a great path to take really, depends on the person but you get more fulfillment sexually with sexual growth with one person rather than 4 billion.Word of advice: have sex with as many different women as possible?
the grandpa was an old perv in the movie.

that's why he taught his YOUNG granddaughter a 'sexy dance'.

nobody should ''have sex with as many women as possible'' in my opinion...but, alas......to each his own.
he just said that because sex is fun and all that. The truth is you should find the right person before having sex. And always, always use a condom
hes just a perv. sex should only be with the person you love and care about. and yes, i meant person, not people.
Why is it always the god damn effing chicken?!?!?!?!

    THat grandpa is so wise....
    He shouldn't.

Sex is supposed to be reserved for one person in your life - your spouse.
    its just a movie, dear.

I just broke up with my girlfriend that i dated for over a year...any word of advice?

I really trusted her and all...but we were both growing tired of each other. But I thought we could've worked it out but I don't know...maybe I'm too optimistic. She says she doesn't want me being the center of her life, wants to be independent and says that she doesn't love me anymore. Any advice?I just broke up with my girlfriend that i dated for over a year...any word of advice?
Wow, 1st of all im sorry. You just have to move on if it doesn't seem like its working.

This is a sad story... but there are others, life is too short to sob over this girl

    Sorry.

    =[

xoxoI just broke up with my girlfriend that i dated for over a year...any word of advice?
it is important to be able to maintain your individuality, even when you are in a relationship. you don't have to do EVERYthing together, ALL the time, EVERY waking moment. you were each your own person before you were together. that's the person you fell for in the first place. too much togetherness makes each of you lose that sense of individuality, since everything you do is a couple thing.

look back, and see if there's something you can/could do differently. maybe you have another chance with her, if you can give her the space she needs to be herself. and if not, then hopefully you can make practical application in your next relationship. it's better for each person involved.

    good luck!
If she doesnt love you anymore, leave her alone and move on. you will find someone who loves and appreciate you very soon. Do not waste your energy and time on a girl who doesnt want you, you could be out searching for the special one and building your new relationship
people want what they want ya know. be glad she told you straight up and didnt cheat on your or something. keep your head high and dont drown your self in the what ifs past time is time gone ya know look forward to meeting someone that fits the bill.
Your Single Now but don't lose being a friend with her

its harder for you to cope with the lose than her so you have to nurture it with other women or go through the long process
That is her choice. You can't control other people. If you are in your twenties.......this is so common it isn't even funny!
just give each other space and it will work out.
best way to get over one girl is to get under a new one!
it will just take time it will all go away in time
