Im looking to buy a total gym, any body have any words of advice?

Im worried about lack of shoulder excercisesIm looking to buy a total gym, any body have any words of advice?
As a professional I really like this piece of equipment. It's very challenging as it has different levels of intensity. You will get plenty of shoulder work as you lift yourself up with your arms, this is a great workout.

This is not a cheap piece either, you may want to take them up on their offer of using it for a month for free before purchasing.

The question is: will you use it? You may want to join a gym for a month first to see if you will be consistent with your workouts. Are you good with working out at home? These questions are important because of the cost of it.Im looking to buy a total gym, any body have any words of advice?
if i was you i would buy the bow flex. i think this is a very good well rounded workout equip.
get that crazy Bowflex. my buddy had it and i use to workout on it all the time. then he moved away. it was expensive, so i could not buy it, but it totally rocks. you should also get a tread mill , or start running, that total enhanceses you results.

it talka a little wile to get use to it, but it is better. i bench 210 on the bowflex, but i can bench close to 300 on free weigts, so it is harder. i don't like the leg workout on it so much, but for upper body it totaly kicks ***.
My advise would be not to buy a home gym!

Join a local gym for 3 months %26amp; if you like it / don't loose intrest, then prehaps buying one is for you.

May folks go %26amp; buy a home gym them store them away in the attic after a month, look for a newer used one in the classifieds %26amp; you'll save big!
i don't know...but if you can afford to buy a total gym, can i borrow some of your money???
yea don't buy one! I have one and their a waste. For complete beginers maybe, but lack of resitance, full range of motion, and exercises are included if you buy one.
Bowflex.
Total Gyms and Bowflexes are useful for beginner lifters, to bad the price of each is so extreme. Its far cheaper to join a local gym and see if lifting is thing for you. Or for even less money you can start a home gym. Some olympic weights from a local store, and if possible you might be able to score a used power rack cheap.
