I didn't have a boyfriend and felt the exact same way. You truly need to learn to be alone for a little bit and not so reliable on boys. My advice to you is to not dwell on a boyfriend and just complete yourself. Then if the opportunity comes into your life for a boyfriend don't hesitate... but really, its nothing to dwell on day in and day out.
From my experience I can tell you the grass is always greener on the other side. Yes, having a significant other is nice, but eventually you start to miss being single. My suggestion is just to enjoy all the advantages of single life while you can.
