Seriously, listen to your mother. And education is THE most important part of your life. Partying is fun, but when it's over you got nothing. Love and laugh a lot. And don't sweat the petty things and don't pet the sweaty things.
Older men are better lovers.
Don't take wooden nickles from a winged acrobat.
